What the service does

Love Poem AI is a free, AI-powered tool that generates a personalized 16-line love poem (four stanzas of four lines) based on details you provide about your partner. You can download the generated poem as a shareable image.

Free to use, fair-use limit

The service is free. We do not charge, accept payments, or require a subscription. To keep it sustainable for everyone, we apply a fair-use limit of 5 poems per day per user.

Ownership of generated poems

To the extent we have rights in the output, we assign them to you. You are free to use, adapt, share, and keep the poem however you like, including commercially.

Be aware that the copyrightability of AI-generated work varies by jurisdiction — some countries do not grant copyright to purely AI-generated output. Also, identical or very similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users. If uniqueness matters to you (for publication, for example), adapt the poem in your own voice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or defame any person.
• Generate sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
• Promote hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service in ways that bypass the fair-use limit.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• Break any applicable law.

AI disclaimer

Poems are generated by large language models. Output may be imperfect, unexpected in tone, contain awkward phrasing, or occasionally resemble existing works. The service is a creative starting point — always review the output before sharing it, and adapt it to your relationship.

Availability

We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or any particular performance level. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

Third-party dependencies

The service relies on third-party providers (AI model, hosting, and analytics providers). Your use of the service is also subject to those providers' terms. Outages or policy changes on their side may affect the service.

Warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, including emotional outcomes of sharing a generated poem.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the service operator, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
